Canada Refurbished Dell or HP for Blue Iris

Hi there,

Any fellow Canucks on here that know where the best place to find a Dell Optiplex or HP Elitedesk i7-6700 refurbished PC to use for Blue Iris that you can recommend? Either Canadian online or some brick and mortar in Southern Ontario would be preferred. (Planned use is Blue Iris and 8 cams)
