And Carney has been big behind the scenes for most of Trudeau’s time as PM. And they gave one of his firms Canada’s CPP fund (like social security) to manage just before Trudeau resigned.
And a “major” erm, gun control activist has announced to run with the Liberal party. And likely be one the Public Safety Minister in charge of gun confiscation plans, which were delayed (repeatedly) until just days after the mandatory election date in October 2025.
But rumours it could be pushed to 2026. But also rumours campaign planes are now rented, painted, and other signs the election writ is about to drop.
But the forecasted dead (1-20 seats) Liberals are now projected to having a minority government likelihood.
So if I spend 20+ years in other countries and hold 3 citizenship in various countries...
