Can you reset a camera via command line?

My dad has some 4k Lorex IP cams, while trying to debug some POE problems he pushed the reset button on them a few times.

Now one camera's Reset button is broken, he pushed it in so far and it won't reset anymore. Is there a way to use Putty or something to tell it to reset via software/command line? The other cameras are all working but the last one doesn't show up, which the others did until a reset.

Is the button pushed in so far that it is stuck inside the casing? If so an API won't fix that. I would suggest trying a needle to repop it back out or disassemble to remove or fix it.
