Camera prices to rise?

What kind of technology for a camera was stolen From the USA ?
Sensor chip designed in Japan.
Lenses were made in Europe since 300 years or so already.

Is it the chip technology in general ?

First, no one said they did steal camera technology...they simply steal IP in general...also note that chinese companies like longse blatantly ripped of milestone in their vms...
second, there is a lot of intellectual properly that goes into lenses and cameras...simply stating that lenses have been made for 300 years makes no sense...
Someone finally has the balls to tell the to knock it off.

Well we have import taxes on everything, so what do these Chinese make a problem than ?
Here it is free up till a value (like $25) and on top of that import tax, handling fee and than VAT added.

So a camera of $100 would have lets say 10% inport tax, handling fee for the paperwork $10 and than 21% VAT.
This is quite simple making the price $145

That is in many places of the world already so done.
So the Andy's of this world than find a way to deliver for free to our homes and we still pay $100.
I assume he can do that for the USA also.
