out of nowhere i awoke today and my camera and BI are not working together for an unknown reason. BI ptz controls do not seem to function. When i go full screen i get some weird images....here is an example.

Did the computer update and the driver is a bad match?
Try deleting the camera from BI and re-adding it - that fixes a lot of things as well.
But I am wondering if something is wrong with the camera - that is an odd look that isn't what we typically see.

I went back and again restarted the camera, router, and computer....now it seems to be resolved. So basically two restarts was the cure.
