camera model

hello trying. to find my camera model. the dahua nvr assigned it as IP CAM . i logged directly into the camera and NVR and can not find the info. thanks for your help. the camera is a dahua turret

I have that screen however under type is labeled ip camera and not a model

On the camera, try looking at setting/information/version. The rub is that some cameras list the model number, and some don't.

If you can't find it referenced somewhere in the camera config page then your only other real option is to take the camera down and read it directly from the label which is hopefully still readable.

I put the camera model in the OSD of the respective cameras.

Have you logged into the camera via a browser? When I log into one of mine using Brave or IE, Under Settings, Information, Version I get a screen like this photo.
