Camera issue?

Hi all

i do not know if its a cam issue or NVR or IVMS issue

but when i log into ivms an click on my HUisun ptz cam i see image i can move the camera around but then i get this.

i have only one cam in this nvr

Bypass IVMS and login directly into the camera itself.
