5mpx, 36x optical zoom,
Model: C6F0SoZ3N0PcL2
Firmware: V19.1.14.16.28-20200416.
I have a few questions:
1. Is there a software update available?
2. Where can I find the preset list?
3. Can tracking be enabled on this camera?

I was unable to find that model on a quick search.

If that is a Hikivion or Dahua OEM there would be more sources of information.

Anran is probably the best option to inquire for software updates to the camera, judging by their website they look to be a super low cost operation.

They aren't. They just relabel cams from various lower-end sources. I've had a few. Some had good sensors (for cheap cams at the time at least) but overall like most similar cams they're kind of a mess. Better off spending more upfront for a known better cam.
