BVCAM app issues

I had these few IP cams bought from amazon and this BVCAM to get streaming of my cameras from externally from home wife . this stopped working.
Does any one know what ports these CAMs use and not sure if they are onvif complaint.

Sorry to post it in this forum but did not see any other threads on this.

• Could you narrow it down with a model number or better yet, a link to the cam on amazon?
• Were they working before for a time and then quit?
• If previously working, were you viewing them on a smartphone app?
• Did you scan a QR code with your smart phone?

• Were they working before for a time and then quit?
  Ans - yes worked for a long time and few months back the BVCAM app which is used to get the stream of the cam stopped working when not connected to home wifi where the cam is connected.
• If previously working, were you viewing them on a smartphone app?
  Ans - yes - BVCAM app
• Did you scan a QR code with your smart phone?
  Ans- yes
