I was able to get my hands on a brocade FCX648S-HPOE switch.
I'll be honest, I do not know much about networking
, but I am able to follow instructions.
I saw the post below where the automation guy mention STH website. (Brocade ICX Series (cheap & powerful 10gbE/40gbE switching))

Can someone point in the right directions or provide step by step instructions on how to get the switch working?
This is what I have done so far
Connect my laptop to switch via console cable, use putty, choose serial option and com port 3 (confirm via device manager), try to connect and all I see is a blank/black screen, no log in page, no error, nothing, just blank.

Upgrading to a larger switch and replacing a few older cameras. Any advise?
