BlueIris Mobile IOS App doesn't work on Wifi

My Iphone XS running latest IOS doesn't load the camera list on wifi when connected to the same network (eg at offce). Internet is fine on the phone and if I turn off Wifi and use LTE it's also fine. It's also fine if I use wifi on a different network (eg at home to look at the office).

While connected to the office wifi, I can view my home cameras on another blue iris server. At home I can view both the home cameras and the office cameras. Turning off wifi on the phone I can see everything both home and office.

Any suggestions?

are you using vpn?
 
No vpn. Also using safarai I can access the web browser version on wifi at the office no problem. Just the mobile app doesn't work. Maybe corrupted somehow?
