So was trying to delete a Wyze camera that wasn't working properly, and received a message that BI could not delete camera. BI then basically froze up, and I had to "End Task" after several minutes as it would not shut down. Now, even though the BI service still runs, and I can view the cameras on the web GUI, I can no longer actually get the client to load on my server. It just shows the BI popup for a few seconds, then dissappears.
When viewing it with Task Manager, I see the app start, and then it just says "Suspend" and shuts down.
Have tried rebooting. Any other ideas?
I can reinstall, but don't want to lose all the camera settings ideally.
