Hi I read a review about heat problem, is it good idea add heatsinks to the chip ?, and is it enough to the 4 chips or i need it to the 8 memory chips to ?

Wrong forum. You're asking in the For Sale forum. As for your problem, I'd probably ask wherever it was that you read about the heat problem. Personally, if something didn't come with heatsinks I would ensure good case airflow (clean the dust regularly and tuck the cables neatly away) and maybe add an extra fan first.

just use cameras that already encode in h264 and there is no need for such a card.. you trying to build a hybrid analouge system or something?
