Blue Iris will not accept licence

Hi All
I noticed BI was not running so checked the main PC.
I tried to boot BI and got the purchase licence page.
I copied and pasted my licence numbers to the box but cannot get the "Next" button to activate.
I looked for space in wrong places etc but could not find any.
Licence bought from Prospective in July 2014.
Any help would be great

you will need to contact support.
 
Ok, thanks Fender
note that you may not be entering the key correctly...double check that it is the license key and not a support key (if you purchased support).
You should be able to hit the next button even with an invalid key...try with hyphens and without - dont remember which one it needs.

Needs hyphens. Next won't highlight until key is in proper format.

Tried both ways. Licence button will not activate.
Still waiting for reply from support.
Don't want to reinstall as I might lose config's

Always use gmail. I copy and paste licence so should be right.
Five sets of five characters with hypens between them.
Sent a reminder just now
 
Still, take a look at BI Tools. It will save configs, make sure the service stays running and give you a cup of hot coffee first thing in the morning. Great utility!
