Blue Iris WAN

My last hurdle to finish the install on a new router, cloud gateway or whatever you want to call it.

Installed a UniFi cloud gateway ultra. I have every thing working as should except WAN on Blue Iris for our camera feeds.
LAN and everything works good. I run through the Blue Iris remote access wizard and everything works fine except it gets
caught up on the Remote Access test and I am not visible on the "can you see me" option. My WAN IP address loads
up correctly everywhere in Blue Iris and matches what the router gives. I'm pretty sure this happened to me before
five years ago but don't remember the solution. Pretty sure I have to plug a right number in or check the right box somewhere.

Any direction, as always, will be greatly appreciated

I figured it out. I had the wrong IP address entered in port forwarding

Dude don't port forward bi. Use a VPN service instead. Exposes your bi system to so much less on the internet that way
