I just update to V4.4.9.7 And its only stable if you are rebuilding you data log file. has anyone figured out what the problem is with this new version, Or does anyone know where i can get a copy of 4.4.9

You need to run an old install file... Disable Auto update and manually download and install updates... There are threads where user's post old versions...
