Blue Iris Profile Restriction

I can't seem to login remotely the software is giving me a profile restriction. When I run the remote access program, I get a message that says for verified server, "The remote server returned an error. (403) Forbidden. Put a ticket in to support. They must be on vacation. Anybody had this error before?

Make sure you have the BI Webserver setup correctly to allow your connection. And your login settings are correct in BI.

This is most likely user error.

It seems that I can log in remotely on any profile but not the Active Profile. I don't think there is any difference in them.
