Blue Iris outputs

Does blue Iris have any outputs that it can trigger?

Example. It senses motion on a camera and turns on recording or a notification. Can it also send a signal out to trip a relay that would turn on external IR lights?

Rice means the help file...see the alert tab in the camera properties.
To trigger a relay see the section on sealevel devices.

And you can also trigger the pins on an arduino, I believe
