can someone please explain this to me
so i get home ~ 1130 last night, drive onto driveway
1 camera you can see the tracking (squares) is following me as i get out of car and start walking to door, but did not throw an alert or any notification
2nd camera thats like 20ft away from car, can see the tracking (although very half ass, i walk right by camera and barely tracks) - but did not throw an alert or any notification
3rd camera (door bell) no tracking, did not throw alert or any notification, i was fiddling with keys for a good 60 70 seconds

can i send my current settings to see if there is any issue? its usually really good though, which i dont understand, its like the alerts went to sleep or something
i attached some stills that show what kind of activity there is, yet no tracking

There are many reasons why motion detection will not work you need to post your settings....
Use the simple algorithm...
Also post the status page that shows the camera keyframes and FPS

Maybe increasing the contrast/brightness and/or gain might help as the screenshots just look way too dark to me?

What did you do with the suggestions offered you on Nov. 6th?

And with regard to such darkness, did you try settings offered here on Oct. 15th?
