Blue Iris IPhone App Issue

Now the IPhone IOS Blue Iris app will not work.

1. I pass all tests in Remote Access Wizard
2. I pass canyouseeme.org
3. I can see the cameras on the phone when phone connected to same local network
4. When not connected to local network, I can even see cameras from browser by typing in WAN address and logging in.

Suggestions?
 
I used the "get ips".

When on local network I can cut and paste LAN IP into browser and get Blue Iris.

When I take phone off wifi and I cut and paste WAN IP into browser I can access Blue Iris.
