Blue Iris Frame Rate?

When I'm in the Blue Iris software locally, the frame only updates about every 5 seconds. But when I connect to the web server, the frame rate seems fine. What would be causing this? I would think if anything, the web server would have frame rate issues.

There is a setting that limits the frame rate when viewing with the app. I’m not near my computer to look up exactly where it is though.

You are using windows remote desktop...blue iris options>cameras
