Windows just did ANOTHER update and installed a new video driver....and of course now I have the run away mem issue...I rolled back to previous driver now BI fails to start all I get is the BI banner flashing...any ideas help is app tks!

I'd suggest fresh installing the video driver straight from Intel. Don't just use the roll back button from the device properties panel in Windows.
