Blue iris cpu strength

I have access to a HP Z420 Workstation - Intel Xeon Six-Core Processor E5-1650 3.2 GHz
Do you think that would be strong enough to run 28 cameras on blueiris?

E5-1650 does not have the built in Intel graphics, the E3-12xx or E3-15xx series would be much better for a Blue Iris server. But it will work...
