Blue Iris Audio Only Stream

Hi all,

Is there a way to get just an audio stream from my blue iris server for a specific camera? I would like to do this to be able to use my indoor camera as an audio only baby monitor, so that i can monitor on a smartphone through an audio application like VLC that will just always play in the background and with the screen off.

I appreciate any suggestions!

You can stream audio only by simply setting up another camera with a gibberish ip address and under the audio tab simply select the camera you want to pull audio from. You also can play audio in the background by selecting background audio in the app settings.
Tinycam can also do this.
