Blue Iris app on Android Minix Neo U9H media box = no video

I have a paid version of BI and recently added a Minix Neo U9 H media player running Android 6.1 to my home theater system, I also paid for the BI app on the google play store and it works perfectly on my phone (Galaxy S7 Edge).

I installed the app on the Minix box yesterday and the app runs, shows me all of the cameras on the left side of the UI, but I get no video when selecting a camera to view in the big viewer window. The screen is black and nothing shows up there.

The individual camera thumbnail views are live, and I can see motion through them, but the main viewer window is black.

Anyone else experience this?

Mine works fine on a Minix Neo U1 full screen. My box is android 5.something though, so it may be a BI app \ latest android ver related issue.

Yeah I have emailed BI support and am waiting a reply. Mine definitely does not work.
