Hey! Ok, I changed my mind and ditched the VLAN trek and decided to go with the time-saving dual NIC which is up and running, thanks to lots of reading in the forums, thanks! (To the newbies, dual NIC is the best way to go. Spend the $15 and save your self many hours of troubleshooting into the night and tired work days.)
Camera side is 192.168.10.xxx, home network LAN side 192.168.0.xxx
I've got OpenVPN running to view the camera network from the internet, and it does work (I also can use Tailscale with success.) On OpenVPN connecting, it says SUCCESS, listing an IP address within the Pool IP address input during the setup, and the External address of the UI3 browser shown on the Webserver page. When starting UI3 in Chrome, it brings me to the login page, and the IP address shown in Chrome is the home network LAN side of the dedicated camera PC.
Is this correct?
