Blue blocks over motion??

Hello,

I just setup blueiris on a second laptop. Previously I had no issues with motion on the cams but on this laptop when there is motion, there is also blue blocks. I assume there is a checkbox I enabled somewhere but can't find it. My wife complains that the alerts she gets has the blocks over the intruder so what use is it?

yes, motion settings do not highlight on motion...
also if you record direct to disk this will not be recorded anyway..

So what would cause those blue blocks then if it's not the motion settings?

on playback, right click and uncheck test run trough motion detector.

That was already unchecked. I found this though and changed it to "do not highlight motion".
