I have an annoying problem with my nvr. The hardware is as follows.
DS-2CD2542FWD-IS(2.8MM
DS-2CD2342WD-I(2.8MM)
DS-7604NI-E1/4P/A/2TB
When watching a live stream in multi screen it works fine. When I switch to single full screen I get a black screen on either camera. I have tried leaving it for 10 minutes but it does not change. As soon as I switch to multi screen the feed works fine again.
