I have a Dahua ipc1831e which I cannot get the bitrate to stay what I set it at. I tried CBR with a limit, VBR with the highest quality setting and neither one of them will maintain the bitrate at which it says. It just seems to climb higher until it reaches a max of about 24000 kbps. I have a 4K amcrest dome camera that was doing a similar thing. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
