BI screen display camera aspect ratio is squashed, IR mode stuck on

I have four HIKvision cameras, three DS-2CD1023G2 2MP PoE bullet and a DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3 4MP dome PTZ PoE camera. They work great except ..

1) The dome camera "front steps" display fills the screen and is extremely compressed horizontally, it like it is being squashed to fit the PC display screen (1920 x 1080). it seems that it is forcing the image to fit my PC screen, thereby destroying the images aspect ratio, I want it to show in its true aspect ratio even though it means that only half of my PC screen will be blank. It did display correctly when it was first setup (for a few days) and then changed to what's seen here

2) Two of the bullet cameras "bore pump" and "banana tree" are fixed in the Ingra red mode and they don't change, the other cameras switch between daylight and Infra red without an issue

The attached images are a remote web view of the house displayed on a 4K monitor, the app on my phone also displays with a squashed aspect ratio

What have I done wrong in my setup ?

Regards to all

Insure that in BI under camera settings => video that "anamorphic force size" is NOT checked.
Insure in the camera's webGUI for the video that the main stream is set to a resolution that math proves as a 16:9 (1.777777) aspect ratio such as 1920 x 1080, not 9:16 as 1080 x 1920 (EDIT: it appears you've done that).

Regarding the IR insure no accidental click of the "light bulb" icon at bottom left when the camera was hi-lited caused manual override of that camera's IR, turning the icon green...it should be yellow for auto operation.

Essentially if "driveway" (which appears correctly) is the same camera as "front steps" I'd go thru the settings in BI and in the camera video settings and compare the two.

BTW, how do these same cameras look on the BI console vs. the UI3 screen you've showed us?

Tony,

Thanks very much for you reply,
I think you have nailed it . I am not in Thailand now (where the BI system is) but do remember these settings and not paying enough attention to them. This will be fixed on my next visit
The font-steps camera is a PTZ dome, for the other cameras, I set one up and then copied the configuration to the other two.
The BI console also shows the "font steps" aspect ratio the same (squashed horizontally), mobile, web UI and console are pretty much identical. Its interesting that when events are recorded they still play back in the incorrect aspect ratio, I'm sure that the video is recorded correctly

regards
