BI saving only today's clips

I can't figure out why BI shows only today's data. Here are my settings.

That's because you limited the size to 10 GB... That is very little storage and Your stored folder is likely also small. There's no need to move the files around save everything to the new folder then delete. Don't limit clips by age and makes no sense. Simply set the max storage capacity of your drive with a few percent free space.

Because you have very low limit on the size allocated.
10GB is nothing.
