BI Min specs.. raspberry pi 3?

besides the fact thats completely incompatible architecture than x86, no.. and what exactly would you store videos on? a usb disk lol

1.2Ghz QC armv8 is not really comparable to even a 1.2GHz QC x86, apples and oranges.. depending on what your need is one will kick the others ass.

it does have hardware x264 encoders/decoders, but without SATA support its not really suitable for any NVR platform.. it'll decode streams and display em via HDMI really well, and hookup motion sensors/security sensors for setting up a tracking PTZ and/or recording w/BI.. but beyond that there is little use for the Pi w/IPCams.. I have a whole array of lil arm boxes from RPI's, BeagleBoneBlacks, PogoPlugs, CuBoxes, and I use em for everything..
