Hi,
I've tried emailing the support address several times without any response, but it was suggested on FaceBook that I try posting here.
I purchased Blue Iris back in September 2014. Unfortunately the pc running it suffered a disk failure over christmas and had to be rebuilt.
On installing BI on the rebuilt PC, I tried to enter the license code, but the next button never becomes available.
Can anyone offer any advice on registering without having to buy another copy?
