BI Lagging Please Help

I have an issue with Blue Iris lagging with windows 10. I can't figure out what the issue is. When the computer runs in safe mode it runs perfectly fine no issues. If I am out of safe mode all the streams have a delay. It's not my commuter specs or network connection as I have an i7 7700k, 32gb Memory, Samsung 960 M.2 NVMe. This is happening with a fresh install of Windows 10 with no other apps installed and all updates off.

Sounds like your security software is inspecting the stream and slowing it down. Do you have Bit Defender?

You must exclude the blue iris program and storage folders.
