My BI keeps crashing every 2-3 hours, I have around 26 Cameras, 8 Gb of RAM, Intel Dual Core, and Windows 7 Proff x64,

I really don't know if its caused because the Computer is always at 100%, the only program that it runs is BI, the computer is used as a Server.

what model dual core, what type of cameras? regardless if your system is at 100% you will have tons of problems. You can try recording direct to disk to see if it helps.

I used to have a lot of problems with Blue Iris like the CPU usage went to 100% every 40 seconds, BI crashes, and PC unresponsive. In the end the best solution was buying a new i7 4770 CPU...

Check it out the CPU graphics before (AMD Athlon II X4 965 overclocked to 3.7 ghz) and after (Intel i7-4770k 3.5 gHz)

26 cameras is probably too much for a dual core CPU anyway unless most of them are below 1 megapixel. And if they are below 1 megapixel then they are probably not using h264 which means they might not be so great with Direct to Disc recording. Lowering the frame rates in the cameras' web interfaces can also help to reduce CPU load. If they are jpeg or mjpeg based cameras, then you can lower the frame rate in Blue Iris and use the Frame Limiting compatibility mode.
