See attached Blue Iris Status screenshot. Each time Blue Iris starts, I get that error message. I have opened a ticket with BI and the issue was "sent to Engineering," but I haven't heard back in some time. I am sure it is not a high priority since it seems a benign error, but I'd really like to clear it from the error list.
Since I only have one Amcrest device in my system (an AD110 doorbell camera), it seems a safe bet this is an artifact of installing the AD110. I've looked all over the Amcrest site and see nothing about this as an issue.
Any suggestions?
