BI as service, now cell can't access

BI ver: 5.9.9.30
OS ver: win11, arrgh!


recently configured BI as a service to start automatically.
service starts with <a user> with admin rights.

now my cell phone BI app cannot login to BI server/console.

i have three users listed in BI
1). admin
2). local_system
3). <a user with admin rights>


should i switch service starting to "local system account" versus <a user>? or what ?
 
It is supposed to be the user that you log on to when logging into windows that has admin rights. I configure W11 to only have a local account, no user that logs into Microsoft.
