BI app not loading cameras?

Using the newest BI app on IOS 13 along with BI 5.0.6.10.

When you use the BI app the cameras will not show a live feed. Sometimes it does but takes a few min to show. It does not seem to matter if i view them remotely or locally. On my PC they are all shown just fine.

Any ideas?
