Hi all, I am running BI5 (release 5.3.5.1) and I notice then when I use the app on my iPhone to reset a particular camera, the camera does restart but it does not reset. In other words lets say I am showing 2 no signals on a camera, if I reset it from the desktop it goes back to 0 like it should but if I use the app to reset it it does not clear anything, it will still show the 2 no signals for example or any clips, alerts etc, none of those get cleared on the app, only if I reset from the desktop. I am sure it is simple? Any help appreciated.
