BI 5 SMS text messages stopped working after upgrade to 5.0.7.5

Just installed BI on a Win 10 laptop about 2-3 weeks ago. SMS text messages to Android phone(verizon) were working on profile 2.

Updated BI to 5.0.7.5 today and noticed afterwards that SMS messages no longer work when an alert is triggered.

I can go to the Camera settings>Alerts>Actions On Alerts and hit the test button and I get a SMS text message on the phone.

Any ideas what's going on?

As an update to this thread:
Before I upgraded to BI 5, I was running the latest BI 4 software. I exported the settings, and re-used the same settings after the upgrade. This may have corrupted the profile settings somehow, but don't know for sure. I had an "at work" (profile2) setup, along with "at home" (profile1). I was getting intermittent/inaccurate results with the SMS messages. I had SMS messages setup only on profile2, but was also getting messages on profile1.


I removed the Schedules/profiles, then we added and again setup the Alerts>Actions, choosing only profile2 to get SMS messages. This appears to be working at the current time.
