BI 5 - One Camera Video Lagging by 60-90 Seconds

Of note, the timestamp on the stream is correct. All other cameras are wifi, this one is a 4K POE camera. This just started happening to me recently. Any ideas?

A LOT more info is needed:

• Camera make/model
• BI settings: screen shot of cam's "video" settings
• BI settings: screen shot of cam's "configure" page
• Cam's webGUI: screen shot of cam's "video" settings (encode mode, frame rate, resolution, frame interval, bit rate, bit rate type, etc.) for main stream and sub stream....generally all on 1 page, 1 screen shot.

Is the BI server's NIC plugged into the POE switch like the 4K cam?
