Best WIFI IP CAM with Battery and RTSP

Hi,
We are french streaming company.
We look for the best IP CAM, with thoses parameters:

• wifi communication,
• battery (no special capacities),
• rtsp protocole.

We often work with HIKVISION, but they have only SOLAR 4G IP CAM, and its too expansive for us project.

I'm fairly certain you might as well be looking for a unicorn.

• Wi-Fi, no problem.
• Battery, no problem.
• RTSP, problem. To stream video constantly over a Wi-Fi connection would require a really HUGE battery....

Maybe someone will respond with something that i have not seen or heard...I'd be interested!
