best way to install cams

so tomorrow or sunday i was finally thinking of setting up the hikvision cams.i was wondering what is the best way to install them to the roof? in the pic i marked where i might put the cams.i'm only going to put one on each side.arrows points where i am going to point the cams.they wont be facing straight ahead.is there a tutorial on how to install them? also how do i tilt the cam when i open the bubble?

@mando209 - is that a second story eve? The 2120 domes might not be the best choice for that location... Your IR coverage is going to be limited especially if you got a 2.8mm lens. Also your roof lien appears flush so you don't appear to have any attic space to work with - or do you on the other side of that wall? You may have to run external wiring in this case unless there are some unfinished areas you can access on the other side of that wall.

As for how to adjust once you pull the dome there are two screws on each side of the lens/ir mount. those are what will allow you to adjust the tilt, the swivel and rotate are all free floating.

What are you planning on viewing from mounting them there? That just doesn't look like a good location for cameras. What I do sometimes is run a sample cat 5 cable externally and show the customer the field of view before permanent mounting.

Well I setup everything.now the pic is upside down.is there a way to make it normal with the software or something? I don't want to get up on the roof.kind of exhausted.i tested the cam inside the house and I thought it was suppose to go that way lol

ok i had to install firefox browser.i went into image then to adjust settings.click on center to on.pic is normal now.now i'm trying to remote view.i followed nellys guide and cant seem to get it. i done it before but now i have a new router.the archer c5.remote view out of the local network that is.
