Best Camera Camouflage - Indoors facing Outside

I'm curious what some of the best camera camouflage items people are using so your cameras aren't noticable to anyone. My cameras are inside pointing out windows with all the IR illiminators outside (camera IR lights disabled to prevent window glare / ir bounceback).

I've had way too many years of people noticing cameras and either complaining about them or acting like complete baffoons when they detect a camera so I've been making them way less noticable as of late.
