I want to travel and leave my room alone. But I want a CCTV, regardless if hidden or not, that records triggers online or whatever someway somehow. I don't want to plug it in any way shape or form if that makes sense?

IMO, your best performance for the money would be what's known as a game camera.
Depending on your budget, they can record to SD card, download wirelessly to your smartphone and notify your smartphone with push notifications and stream images via 4G/LTE cellular.
Many models utilize low-glow IR LEDs so they aren't noticeable when they are energized under low light conditions. The cases are camouflaged as well.
