Bad Pixel on my Dahua PTZ sensor???

This is on my Dahua PTZ with tracking.
The circled small dot does not go away... I move the PTZ, and that dot stays right where it is within the image. Anyone else have a pixel go bad? Is that what this is???



I aim the cam down more, and the pixel is in the middle of the neighbor's roof...



I move the cam-- you can see the pixel that is stuck...

I thought of that too but haven't got on a ladder to look closely. I have been looking at this imagery for several days now and I don't believe it is any kind of lens dirt. It is too consistent and precisely defined, where lens dirt always seems to be more of a fuzzy unfocused mess in a bigger part of the image. Any dirt would show dark also, where this is much lighter than any dark background. Ultimately it's not really a big deal-- only noticeable if that area of the image is dark. just an annoyance....
