audio speaker/microphone module that is POE and works well with Blue Iris

Hello guys,,

I am a newbie, and, have thought about a audio speaker microphone combo that would be POE and work through the Blue Iris system.

I am sorry, I know so little, I dont even know what to call this thing I am inquiring about. Do such things exist, what do you call them ???
