Audio on DS-2CD2542FWD-IS

Hi,

I am new to the Hikvision world. The spec sheet for the DS-2CD2542FWD-IS mini-dome states "built-in microphone". I have not be able to hear any audio from the camera's Live view. I enabled camera to encode both audio and video.

Any insights or suggestions?

make sure you enable it for the main and substreams..

I may not have set the substreams for audio. Let me give that a try. Thanks!
