Audio issue with DS-KD8003-IME1/EU (with DS-KH8350-WTE1)

Hi,
I have succesfully setup DS-KD8003-IME1/EU with DS-KH8350-WTE1.
Calling works. Video is working fine from door station to indoor station.
It seems to work everything except one thing:
I hear no audio (voice) on the DS-KH8350-WTE1 from the DS-KD8003-IME1/EU during an active call.
The other direction works. I can hear audio (voice) at the DS-KD8003-IME1/EU recorded from the DS-KD8003-IME1/EU.

DS-KH8350-WTE1:
Version V2.1.2 build 200701
Hardware Version 0x3000

DS-KD8003-IME1/EU:
Version V2.0.8 build 200701
Hardware Version 0x1101

Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be?

Hi,
no. I did factory reset and all what came to my mind.
I will send it back an order a new one.
