Comedic Ring doorbell footage from an incident dating back as early as January of 2021, shows the moments a very intelligent armed robber squeezed off a round directly into his own leg.
The incident reportedly occurred at a residence in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. Additional sources also indicate that shortly after the video recording was captured, the man showed up at a nearby hospital to receive treatment for his gunshot wound. He was later identified as 18-year-old Keanu Cook.
During Cook's investigation, he told police he was attempting to break into the home to get weed, money, and 'other valuable stuff'. Cook was charged with burglary with a deadly weapon, carrying a handgun without a license with a prior conviction, criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon, and criminal mischief.
